ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 30, 2010

7:15P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Richard B. Gorden,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board reviewed and signed commitments and warrants for

      Fiscal Year 2011 Norfolk County Taxes.

2.   The Board reviewed and then granted a FY 2011 Preliminary Tax

      Adjustment for a personal property account under the authority of

      M.G.L. Chapter 59 Sect. 57C.

3.   The Administrative Assessor explained to the Board that at their previous

      meeting they had signed a warrant abating an average of $9.05 for additional

      CPA abatements.

4.   The Administrative Assessor explained what basic changes he proposed

      to make to residential properties for Fiscal Year 2011. After examining

      some related documents and discussing the proposed changes, the Board

      gave its approval.

5.   The Board took the following actions on FY 2011 personal exemption

      applications by the owners of the following parcels:

            Parcel # 122-16-12      Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel # 122-16-21      Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel #    102-121      Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel #        77-25      Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel #      130-25      Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel #        59-15      Clause 17D      Granted

6.   The Board plans to hold their next Board Meeting at 6:P.M. on

      Wednesday, October 13, 2010.
